We’re pleased to share that 4 Angel Square has been shortlisted in the 2025 British Council for Offices (BCO) Awards for the Best Commercial Workplace category.
4 Angel Square is a best-in-class example of a highly sustainable and efficient commercial office building, combining the best of the world’s sustainability design, health, and wellbeing knowledge to create a building that delivers lower occupational costs and a future proofed working environment. Net zero in operation, the building is the newest addition to the thriving NOMA neighbourhood - a 20-acre mixed-use regeneration scheme in Manchester City Centre. Setting a new benchmark for sustainable real estate development in the city, 4 Angel Square proudly claims the distinction of being Manchester’s first building to receive a NABERS UK Designed Reviewed Target Rating of Five Stars.
The BCO Awards celebrate excellence across the office sector. Through recognition of quality design and functionality, they set a new benchmark each year for architectural ambition of a workspace. The awards are highly respected and an accolade of an outstanding design.
The Northern Awards Dinner will be taking place on Thursday 3 April 2025 at the Kimpton Clocktower in Manchester.
