This year 14 Westfield Avenue in Stratford E20 has been shortlisted for the Workplace (10,000sqm and over) category.
14 Westfield Avenue is a distinctive and unique workplace building, and the first phase of the redevelopment of the M7 plot. The building acts as a catalyst for high-quality architectural design and has become the new East London home of HM Revenue & Customs. We are thrilled to see it shortlisted for this award.
The AJ Architecture Awards recognise excellence in UK architecture across a range of categories, from community schemes and cultural projects to masterplans and workplace designs. These are highly coveted awards and are unique to the market, with each shortlisted project visited by a judging panel and published in the Architects' Journal.
This year's awards ceremony will be held in London on 17 November 2021 at JW Marriott, Grosvenor House.
