The LHC Architect Design Services Framework (ADS2) will run until May 2030 providing local authorities, housing associations and other social landlords across Greater London with access to leading architectural practices.
Developed in collaboration with three London Boroughs, ADS2 has been shaped to address the practical challenges of public sector construction, housing, retrofit, and regeneration projects in the region. It offers a compliant procurement route to a diverse range of architectural and design expertise, supporting the delivery of high-quality, effective projects.
We are pleased to have secured a place on the LHC ADS2 Framework, having been appointed to Lot 5 - Modern Methods of Construction (MMC). The four-year framework commenced in May and represents an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of innovative projects across the capital.
The practice has over 30 years of experience delivering projects using Modern Methods of Construction. MMC continues to play a key role in the practice’s vision for delivering high-quality architecture through innovative and sustainable means.
