Sitting within the Royal Borough of Greenwich, this site is located within Charlton Riverside Opportunity Area, and is undergoing a significant level of change as a Strategic Development Location. It comprises industrial and distribution buildings with a few residential cul-de-sac developments, and is close to wharf areas along the riverfront. Currently, the area is poorly presented, and pedestrian and vehicle thoroughfare around the site is limited and unattractive.

Our proposed development comprises 771 residential units provided within 11 buildings ranging in height from 2 to 10 storeys, including extensive private gardens and roof terraces. Retail, café, restaurant, community and leisure amenities are also provided, along with the provision of associate car parking, cycle space, refuse and recycling storage, plant and all other associated works. The buildings are located on two adjacent sites, the northern Plot A and southern Plot B. Commercial and community spaces are located on ground floor parallel to current access roads and potential future routes.
