We won an international competition to design a mixed-use luxury development in one of the most prestigious residential areas in Moscow.
Our proposals aimed to provide elegant residential, office and retail spaces. Set amongst a green landscape, we looked to create a beautiful destination and a plan with a sense of hierarchy and logic. Along the river embankment, we sought to promote activity and create a successful urban environment.
