This mixed-use regeneration of the former Granada TV studios site includes up to 2,000 new homes, 50,000 sqm office space, retail, enterprise, hotel and leisure and culture provision.

We've incorporated two key components into the proposals - the village and the sky. The village is a continuation of the surrounding area, creating new intimate public spaces. Existing structures are restored and brought back into use, while new buildings which, at street level, maintain and extend the dense grain of the city centre. The sky’s residential towers providing light filled spacious homes with views across the city.
